AutoShip/Recurring Billing

AutoShip is a program created by True Healthy Products to allow customers to create an order for products that will automatically get placed for them every 28 days, 30 days or 45 days (depending on the product ordered). You can also choose a different time frame that best fits your needs by emailing us at support@truehealthyproducts.com or calling us at 888-400-2920. By automating the process, we are able to save you time and in some cases, money, on the products you use every month.

How do I cancel my AutoShip Status?

While we would like to continue to provide our products to you, we understand that our program may not be for everyone. To cancel your autoship/recurring billing status, you must email us at support@truehealthyproducts.com or call us at 888-400-2920 and request that your autoship status be canceled. Please include your Name, Address, Phone and product that you would like to stop autoshipment on in your request. We will email you a confirmation email that your AutoShip status has been canceled. Please provide us with at least 48 business hours to cancel your autoship status.


We ship via USPS - FedEX - UPS Mail, please allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery for our brands and up to 5 to 8 weeks on 3r party brands and special offers.


In order to return any product, please send us an online message (email) or call us at 888-400-2920 to receive instructions on how to return your product(s).

For Nutrition Products - If items have been opened, we are unable to accept them for return. This includes boxes with nutrition bars and/or packets in them. If you received the incorrect item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the item and contact us immediately so we can advise you how to return the order to us.

Once we receive your unopened, returned items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for return shipping. You may wish to insure your return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it. Once terms have been established between the customer and TrueHealthyProducts.com we will refund the total order price minus original shipping.

We will accept unopened items back within 25 days of delivery. You must first contact us by phone or email to start the return process. Do not just send bak an item without contacting us first.

RETURNS. In no case are goods to be returned without first obtaining True Healthy Products (FuellessGenerator.net) permission. Buyers shall pay the costs of return of any goods (including the cost of the initial shipping as in some cases the original shipping is FREE and has been paid by the Company) Goods must be securely packed to reach The company that drop shipped the Solar Products without damage. Material accepted for credit may be subject to a service charge plus all transportation charges. Credit for returned goods will be allowed only to the extent agreed to in writing by a duly authorized representative of Company and no application for credit will be processed unless Buyer provides the original invoice number and date.

CANCELLATION. Unless the cancellation is due to a default by Seller, once an order is placed with and accepted by True Healthy Products (FuellessGenerator.net), the order cannot be cancelled, unless Company consents in writing. If an order is cancelled, Buyer shall reimburse Seller for any cost it incurs as a result of such cancellation, including but not limited to cancellation or restocking fees.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. There may be cases where you have been able to order a product from our site and we will run out of stock before we can update the site and make the product un-available. In the event of this case, our customer service department will contact you to notify you and we will send the backordered item when it arrives at our warehouse.


Occasionally our warehouse will run out of stock on certain items. If you have purchased a product that has run out, our customer service department will contact you via e-mail or phone to let you know when the product will be in stock. If you have any questions about a backorder, please contact our customer service department.

Some Nutritional products will be drop shipped for Manufacturer if not in inventory.

Florida Sales Tax

Customers living in the state of Florida are subject to Florida sales tax on certain items that require us to collect sales tax. These state taxes are required by law to sell to the state in which our company is currently established. The current sales tax is 6% and will be added to your order automatically upon checkout.

At this time, we can only ship to The United States and US Military addresses. Canada customers, we are able to ship all of our products to Canada with the exception of the Appetite Assistant and our Fat Release System.

Medical Advice

If you have questions regarding the effects of products with other prescriptions you are taking, please consult a physician. We are an online store and cannot provide consultations for our customers in regards to other prescriptions you are taking and your health and are not responsible for any claims manufacturers make about their products.
